Adding Value to Your Buildings with Engineering Assurance
Şehir Pen İnşaat Sanayii Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. is one of the leading companies in PVC windows and doors, aluminium façade systems, balcony glazing and pergola installations. With our workshop in Maltepe, Istanbul, and our experienced installation teams, we serve the entire Asian side of Istanbul.
Together with our sister company Aden İstanbul Mimarlık, also part of Movenza Group, we act not only as a manufacturer but as a technical solution partner, especially in B2B construction projects. With structural load calculations, thermal insulation reports and detailed drawings, we deliver error-free projects to architects and contractors.

From Design to Installation: One Roof, One Responsibility
Şehir Pen is Movenza Group's subsidiary for building systems and installation. In our workshop in Maltepe, Istanbul, we manufacture PVC windows, thermally insulated aluminium windows and doors, balcony glazing, bioclimatic pergolas and winter gardens, and install them across Istanbul's Asian side with our experienced teams. As an authorised Albert Genau fabricator and dealer, we pass the manufacturer's guarantee for sliding & folding, sliding and guillotine glass systems directly on to our customers.
Collaboration between the group companies means one chain of responsibility runs through every stage of a project. Aden İstanbul Mimarlık prepares the architectural design, the structural and wind load calculations and the detailed drawings; Şehir Pen selects the right system based on these drawings, manufactures it and installs it. Klarline carries the group's vision for buildings and spaces into new projects, while Movenza Group's experience in international project development allows us to take on larger-scale projects as well.
As a result, our customers, architects and contractors do not have to coordinate separate companies for design, engineering, manufacturing and installation: they work with a single point of contact through a coordinated, fully calculated process from start to finish.
- Single point of contact: one responsibility from design to installation
- Engineered, made-to-measure manufacturing
- Albert Genau manufacturer's guarantee
- Group experience in residential and commercial projects
